All Ears helps companies understand what's being said about them before it becomes a problem. I joined as lead designer to rebuild its core product, turning years of accumulated features into something focused and fast to understand.

Klarna needed to reach merchants it had never served before. I led the design work behind that expansion, translating a global partnership strategy into an experience that actually made sense for the merchants using it.

Zettle by PayPal is a mobile-first tool built for small businesses selling in store. I led design for the core of the product, the library where merchants manage every product, price and inventory count, and helped bridge the gap to online sales when covid hit.
